Trophy Club
Trophy Club was Texas’ first master planned community with over 1000 acres of parks, 36 holes of golf, and environmentally protected woodlands. Trophy Club is a newer township that was incorporated in 1985. Trophy Club prides itself on having a high quality of living with beautiful golf courses, athletic fields, playgrounds, and nature trails.
Trophy Club is located 20 minutes (depending on traffic) north of the Dallas airport and is part of the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Located in the Northeast portion of Tarrant County.
With a population shy of 15,000 in 2021, Trophy Club has been steadily growing. The median home price was about $750,000 in 2022 which makes for a very affordable yet high quality of life area. Trophy Club has an excellent school district and is part of the Northwest Independent School District (NISD). NISD has approximately 1400 students as of 2022 and focuses on college prep, personal success, accountability, and the global workplace.
