Keller

Keller was founded in 1881 and has a population of over 48,000 (as of 2022). Keller is thought of as an excellent place to raise a family due to having many things to do for both old and young. The weather in Keller is mild throughout the year making it an excellent place to call home. Keller is west of Southlake and closer towards Fort Worth. Old Town Keller is one of the main draws with its local businesses and modern amenities. There are more than 11 parks in Keller for the avid outdoors person with 300 acres and 26 miles of hiking trails.

Located in Tarrant County. The median home price was about $650,000 in 2022 in Keller which makes it one of the more affordable Tarrant County townships.

Keller has great schools and is one of the older school districts in the area. Keller ISD was established in 1911. Keller ISD has approximately 34,000 students so many of the population are in school. Keller ISD averages an A on Niche. Though not as well ranked as some other school districts in Tarrant County, Keller may be a great alternative when balancing school district and home prices.
